A jury of five women and two men have been selected in the murder trial of rapper Lil Boosie. The jurors were confined under heavy security yesterday (May 1), by presiding Judge Mike Erwin. According to The Advocate, the jurors will remain anonymous be sequestered in a hotel starting tomorrow (May 3).

 

Lil Boosie is accused of hiring a teenager named “Marlo” Mike Louding to kill a 35-year-old named Terry Boyd in October 2009. Louding, who was 16-years-old at the time, is accused of five other murders, including the murder of Christopher “Nussie” Jackson.

 

According to Boosie’s attorneys, opening arguments could begin as early as tomorrow.
