Rapper Dre has had a pretty big year so far with Beat by Dre. Dre just closed a $3.2 billion deal with Apple, the growing company is preparing for the release of their latest headphones, SOLO2. Beats released a star-filled five minute commercial featuring some real big names such as Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj to promote their latest product, as well as, the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
Sport and music has always connected on many levels for many years and beats by Dre reached out to the Lil Wayne & Nicki Minaj to market their product. Also featured is the U.S. men’s national soccer team who also elected Lupe Fiasco as their musical director.
