Lil Wayne is literally a workaholic. The Young Money mogul was on tour for the past 2 months and it seems as though he’s enjoyed it so much, he’s decided to extend the tour straight into the summer. The first leg of the tour officially ended on May 1st.

Earlier today (Monday, May 9), an announcement was made that a second leg of the ‘I Am Still Music Tour’ will commence in July. 40 more cities were announced within the North American region. With ‘Tha Carter IV’ scheduled to drop June 21st and the second leg of the tour kicking off on July 13th in Hartford, Connecticut, it just gives perfect timing for brand new material off of the album to be added to Wayne’s performance.

Nicki Minaj will not be joining Wayne on the second leg because she will be on ‘The Femme Fatale Tour’ joining Britney Spears with that tour kicking off on June 16th and will run through 26 dates through North America in different cities across the continent, eventually winding up on August 13 in Toronto.

Wayne has added another set of performers to join him on this second leg. Performers will include: Keri Hilson, Lloyd, Far East Movement, and the return of Rick Ross. And of course, Poe Boy/Cash Money recording artist Brisco will be joining Lil Wayne in select cities across the tour.
