The chart-topping producer suffered a fractured vertebrae in his lower back after crashing during an off-road biking practice at the Piru Motocross track in Los Angeles.

Dirty Swift has been in Los Angeles finishing up songs for Fantasia and Interscope recording artist Hayes, while his Midi Mafia and Family Ties Entertainment partner Bruce Waynne has been in New York finalizing the release of Soundtrack of My Life from their artist Deemi. "I’m feeling a little stiff, but everything is cool," Dirty Swift said. "I’ll pull through it – it could have been worse."

Dirty Swift is being cared for at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital in Valencia, CA and will be able to return home to New York in August. A full recovery is expected within a couple of months.

Midi Mafia has produced tracks for Nelly, Miri Ben-Ari, Nore and G-Unit and 50 Cent, including the rapper’s hit single "21 Questions."
