50 Cent Enthused about Upcoming Eminem Albums

New York, NY – Lately with news finally emerging about the two upcoming albums from one of the most prolific lyricist to date, new material will now put many fans as ease for next couple of years. The first and second installments to Eminem’s most anticipated studio albums has been in the works for quite some time now which officially ends his 4 year hiatus from the game.

Not only are the fans raving about the return of Slim Shady, apparently it has also become of great interest to the G-Unit General as well. 50 has recently expressed his enthusiasm to MTV News about both ‘Relapse’ and ‘Relapse 2’ as he wasn’t the least bit upset that Interscope pushed back his album to make way for the long awaited Eminem album.

These were his comments to MTV about the two ‘Relapse’ albums:

“It’s great, you can’t ask for more excitement from a Hip-Hop perspective than two Eminem albums. One is great. It’s a treat. But the second one is exciting. Actually, it was my idea for him to release two albums, because he had so much material over a time period. The [second album] kind of feels like a sequel, they’re both written to one album topic almost, that it felt like part one and part two of the [same album]. They tie together.”

Within the same retrospect, 50 even states that he plans to follow the same criteria and release a second album within months of the forthcoming ‘Before I Self Destruct.’ This gameplan could only mean that he has decided to extend his contract with Interscope as his last album was last said to be ‘Before I Self Destruct.’ 50 has decided not to release the title of the second album as yet.

“They should look for Em in May, me in June, then his second album will come out and my second album will come out a month after that.”

At press time, the first album in a two part series will be released on May 19, while the second has been set for a 4th quarter release without an official release date as yet. 50 Cent’s fourth studio album has been pushed until June, but an exact date has yet to be confirmed.

Aftermath is going to conquer 2009, I mean 4 different albums from two of their heavyweight artists, this is serious. Hopefully somewhere in the mix Dr. Dre will decide to release his mythical and long awaited ‘Detox.’

Lil Wayne Discusses Upcoming Young Money Projects

Panama Beach, FL. – Wayne is literally running the game all on his own. First he conquered Hip-Hop, now he wants to venture into the Rock realm. His schedule has been quite hectic for the past several months from studio time and touring. Throughout all this work, somewhere down the line he still has time to include his Young Money brethren into the mix as he hasn’t forgotten about them.

He recently spoke to MTV News concerning his company’s future endeavors and that the fans should expect more from Young Money as he promises an upcoming group album, solo works, and videos. During his spring break performance in Panama Beach Florida, he took some time off to sit down and speak with MTV:

“These people all have a drive. They all have the drive that I have, and that’s ‘never stop working.’ We never get tired. Soon as I meet somebody like that, that never gets tired, let’s do it. And when you ready, let’s go. Let’s go, [then] you Young Money. These people right here are that.”

The whole Young Money label has recently become an empire overnight, as a matter of fact these are the official artists signed under the label: Drake, Mack Maine, Nicki Minaj, Jae Millz, Tyga and newer artists Gudda Gudda, T-Streets, Lil Twist, Lil Chuckee, and Shanell. Weezy continued on stating that he is building the company that the icons before him made famous all across the world. He wants to mirror those empires of Diddy, Birdman, and Master P as they did through the 90’s.

“We gonna be that clique, that record company, that everybody wanna be with, everybody wanna be like. You remember Bad Boy, you remember No Limit, you remember Cash Money, we coming back with that, we bringing that back.”

At press time, the newer formed empire has just recently shot a video together to their recent unofficial explicit street single ‘Every Girl in the World.’ That should be released soon.

I must admit, Wayne is trying to be focused on his label while still trying to push his own illustrious career. So at the current moment is still on his ‘I Am Hip-Hop’ tour and has recently pushed back his Rock album ‘Rebirth,’ I wonder if he’s even going to have the time. We’ll just have to see how long it takes for this group album to emerge. After the release of his Prom Queen video, it seems as though Wayne has something with this Rock idea, let’s wait and see what’s up next.

Producer Evan Rogers Speaks Out on Rihanna

New York, NY – Music Producer Evan Rogers is the sole founder and mentor of the R&B starlet. He discovered the Barbados native when on vacation with his wife back in 2003. Rogers and business partner Carl Sturken helped Rihanna record a demo to send to various record labels. That demo eventually made its way to the hands of then Def Jam president Jay-Z who signed her immediately.

Rogers was recently interviewed by Entertainment Weekly about his thoughts on the Chris Brown, Rihanna altercation and the media reports surrounding the whole incident that occurred at the beginning of February. These were his comments to the celebrated magazine:

I think that everyone has good intentions and means well, but it turns up the heat in terms of it seeming like the whole world is telling her what to do. At the end of the day, people forget that at 21, your perspective is very different. These kinds of things can happen to anyone, whether you’re a celebrity or not. I think she’s very aware of everything that’s going on. Just like anyone else, she watches TV, she goes online. And I think that it matters to her, but there’s a line that she walks between being human and caring when you hear these kinds of things, and separating your personal life from your professional life. This is a
very difficult time that she’s going through right now,
and she’s going to learn a lot from it.”

Fans recently lashed out about her decision to reconcile with Chris Brown as some feel that it was a bad idea. They retorted with negative responses.

“It obviously concerns her a lot [her fans thoughts] But at the end of the day, I think that most people still see her as the victim in this situation. You’ll always have a lot of haters who talk negatively about artists all day long on the Internet. But I think that when the dust settles, she’s going to be fine. The bottom line is Rihanna is a superstar, and like other artists, the reception from her fans will mostly depend on how good an album she makes next time out and how great the songs are. She just needs to get in [the studio] and make a great album.”

Rihanna has recently gotten back into the studio to record new material for her upcoming album. However, Rogers was quick to add that there is no duet record with Chris Brown despite reports. These were his comments on that:

“There’s no duet that’s been recorded other than the one [called ‘Bad Girl’] that was a bootleg track from months before, those were just rumors.”

At press time, Chris Brown has been scheduled to be arraigned in Los Angeles on April 6 from charges of making criminal threats and felony assault stemming from the incident that occurred in early February. There hasn’t been any confirmation on whether or not Rihanna will testify against Brown as she is the lead witness in the ongoing investigation.
