Swizz Beatz Shines Light on Projects & Alicia Keys

New York, NY – The mega producer responsible for the numerous amounts of hits circulating the billboards and gracing album cuts on various artists has kept Swizz Beatz extremely occupied as of late. However, rumors’ surfacing about Alicia Keys isn’t slowing him down a bit. Just a few months ago news reports stated that Swizz and his wife, Mashonda were officially splitting up and rumor has it that it had to do with the Platinum selling artist, Alicia Keys. Swizz recently spoke to MTV News about those rumors as well as shedding some light on the projects he’s been working on as of late.

For Swizz Beatz, there is a huge difference between his professional life and his personal life. He states that there is far too much going on in his professional life to worry about non-sense and rumors in his personal life. He omitted additional comments about his now ex-wife, Mashonda as well.

“Everybody can have their fun right now talking that dumb shit about my divorce and all that. I’mma give them something to talk about. People get divorced every fuckin’ day. They need to worry about more serious things.”

“It ain’t even bad, my divorce, it ain’t nothing bad. It’s just us moving on. Me and Shonda are super good. It is what it is. [The press] are nine months late on the situation. It’s a headache to me. We been separated nine or 10 months already.”

With the media bombarding him about his divorce and Alicia Keys, he expressed his agitation as he continued to further deny any rumors.

“That shit just looks like drama. They got another big name involved. No, I’m not doing [any] fucking interviews. Only thing I’m commenting on is music-related. I don’t comment on my personal life. Why start now? You start commenting on that shit, then they start twisting it out. I’m not gonna speak about nothing. They [gave Mashonda] two pages in Hip Hop Weekly. She didn’t even say nothing about Alicia. They blew it up on MediaTakeout.com. They flipped that into some other shit. I’m not hiding anything, I can see if I was hiding something. I’m a grown man. Nobody is living no perfect life. Mashonda has a single coming out that I funded, photo shoots that I funded. We made our statement that we’re still working together. They didn’t wanna believe it. I said I would be continuing to support her career. Nobody wants to look at that shit. They wanna look at ‘Alicia Keys.’ That shit is ignorant.”

With that behind him now, he continues his production and omits certain artists that he will be working with in their upcoming albums.

“The Alicia Keys remix is with LL Cool J. I used the Slick Rick ‘Teenage Love’ on it. Then I had your man LL do the old-school ‘When I’m alone in my room, sometimes I stare at the wall.’ He used that flow. I got a couple of joints on the new T.I. album. Couple of joints on the new Ludacris. Couple of joints with Young Jeezy. Just working, man.”

At press time, Swizz Beatz has been in the lab working on yet another solo album entitled ‘Life of the Party’ which is slated to be released sometime at the end of the year. His artist Cassidy is also in the works on a new studio album. Keep posted for more info on those two new albums.

Swizz has always had his moments on certain production, I’ll give him that. However there are just some tracks that just don’t cut it anymore with all these other producers out here killing the competition. This dude really needs to up his game if he wants to survive amongst these new production heads.

Young Buck Expresses his Anger towards the Unit

New York, NY – The nation, as the matter of fact, the entire world has now been aware that Tennessee native, Young Buck, has officially been dropped from the G-Unit imprint. 50 Cent expressed his decisions for releasing Buck and has no remorse for putting it into immediate effect. Buck has expressed his reasoning and his thoughts towards 50 in a track released to the net sometime last month. Recently, however, he had a vivid chance to express his verbal anger to several fans during an open show.

Young Buck shouted in a loud fuming tone, ‘Fuck G-Unit,’ and gave his reasons behind his liberal retort.

“When I made the statement, ‘I ain’t never seen a royalty check,’ I didn’t say that shit saying that the nigga 50 done took money from me or none of that ol’ shit. I said it ’cause it’s real nigga. When I say shit, I mean the shit. He took it a different way. I guess the nigga felt like I’m airing out family business or whatever.”

“‘The nigga outta control, he feel like he got a whole lot until the nigga hit rock bottom and he got to crawl his ass back up. The different between me and a motherfuckin’ 50 Cent is that I can hit the gutter nigga. I can get back in the streets on some real nigga shit I can get right back out herewhere all my people reside and get money. I guarantee he couldn’t go back to his and do the same.”

At press time, 50 has confirmed that Buck will appear on G-Unit’s second studio album, ‘Terminate on Sight’ set to be released on July 1. Since his removal from the Unit imprint, Buck third studio album has now been set to be released under his independent imprint, Ca$hville Records under the title ‘Product of the South.’ The album has been announced to be a summer 2008 release, but because of the situation at hand it might be pushed back further into the year.

On the real, Buck on a solo tip is an amazing artist. His lyrics and his delivery is on point. When 50 dropped Buck, he quite possibly dropped one of the only talented artists under the imprint, let’s be real, Banks and Yayo doesn’t have shit on Buck. It would probably be a good look if he got back with Cash Money and roll with them, the way Wayne’s been selling, Cash Money is on top.

At press time, the hit reality show, ‘Fatherhood,’ is still under its first season run and a gaining mass audience the further the season progresses.

The show is actually interesting, it’s outlandishly hilarious, and this is why it is way too exaggerated not to be scripted. Either way, it shows a different side of Snoop Dogg that not many people get to see.
