Released Police Report Details Altercation between Rihanna and Chris Brown

Los Angeles, CA – We are still in bewilderment about what actually occurred that early Sunday morning (February 8) in Los Angeles that caused Chris Brown to attack Rihanna so viciously. Court documents released on Thursday put together the puzzle pieces throughout the course of the night leading up to the altercation within the vehicle that both Rihanna and Brown occupied. Between a search warrant used to obtain the cell phone records from Brown’s carrier and the sworn statement by arresting officer, Los Angles Detective DeShon Andrews, authorities were able to piece together the whole altercation. Police reports are stating that the incident all started from a text message Rihanna found in Brown’s cell phone from another woman Brown was having sexual relations with.

This was the official released court documents of the police reports from the night of the alleged altercation between Chris Brown and Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.

“Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F. as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robyn F. picked up Brown’s cellular phone and observed a three-page text message from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.

A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion.

Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.’s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle.

Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, ‘I’m going to beat the shit out of you when we get home! You wait and see!’

The detective said “Robyn F.” then used her cell phone to call her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales, who did not answer.

Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, ‘I’m on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.’

After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, ‘You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I’m really going to kill you!’

Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown.

Brown continued to punch Robyn F. on her left arm and hand, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps (sic) that was approximately two inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand.

Robyn F. then attempted to send a text message to her other personal assistant, Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window onto an unknown street.

Brown continued driving and Robyn F. observed his cellular telephone sitting in his lap. She picked up the cellular telephone with her left hand and before she could make a call he placed her in a head lock with his right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.

Brown pulled Robyn F. close to him and bit her on her left ear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of 333 North June Street and Robyn F. turned off the car, removed the key from the ignition and sat on it.

Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. He then placed her in a head lock positioning the front of her throat between his bicep and forearm. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.’s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness.

She reached up with her left hand and began attempting to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her. While Brown continued to punch her, she turned around and placed her back against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest, placed her feet against Brown’s body and began pushing him away. Brown continued to punch her on the legs and feet, causing several contusions.

Robyn F. began screaming for help and Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighborhood heard Robyn F.’s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F. was issued a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order.

At the end of his statement, Andrews said Brown sent a text message nine days later apologizing.

In the text message, Brown apologized for what he had done to Robyn F. and advised [Rihanna’s assistant] Ford that he was going to get help.”

At press time, because of these released court documents, it is almost certain they might subpoena Rihanna to take the stand and testify against Brown. Unless he accepts the plea bargain that the state is offering, the case might just go to trial. If you’ve been watching the news, he was recently seen on CNN.

What the hell is going on in Chris Brown’s head? What would lead him to do such a thing to a helpless girl like Rihanna? From what I just read, Rihanna just sat there and took the punches; she had a chance to get out of the car, but chose to stay. When they say ‘love hurts,’ I guess they meant it literally. And now after all that, she is still with him and if the rumors about their alleged marriage are true, I don’t know what else to say. On another note, if the state decides not to offer Brown a lighter sentence with the plea bargain, this might actually go to trial. Mind you, if he is convicted, he could be facing 4 years in a state penitentiary. Either way you look at it, this whole charade is far from over.

Jennifer Hudson Might be Chosen to Play Oprah in Upcoming Biopic

Hollywood, CA – The thought and the idea to do a movie based on the life and times of Oprah Winfrey have been up in the air for quite some time now. The only part about the film that producers had a hard time on was casting the perfect person to portray the most influential woman in television.

According to producer John Dixon, it has become an unauthorized film project that he has taken on directly. The film will cover Oprah Winfrey’s life and times from her troubled childhood, her beginnings in rural Mississippi to becoming an anchorwoman to where she is today. It will also include the purchase of Harpo Studios, her relationship with family and friends, her romance with Stedman, and the humanitarian contributions she has done all over the world. It will basically be a behind the scenes look into her rise to fame that not many people know about.

This is what Dixon had to say about his movie project that he’s very enthused about doing:

“There is no way that the story of the most influential, successful and powerful woman in television should go untold. Oprah deserves and earned this type of ‘Big Screen’ honor and there should be no delay in making this first of its kind movie a reality. Oprah positively inspires countless women daily on her more than popular, Oprah Winfrey Show.”

He continues to state that this idea came from the many men and women that he has met over the years that have described Oprah to their role model and heroine. He also stated that Jennifer Hudson was his first choice to play the lead role as Oprah:

“I feel that Hudson will no doubt rein in another Academy nomination for her portrayal of Oprah. I see many similarities in Winfrey and Hudson, not only do they look and act alike as in (The Color Purple and The Secret Life Of Bees) but they also seem to have the same positive vibe. It’s just a simple success story on achieving the American Dream!”

At press time, no official news has been released about the upcoming Oprah project, however it is in the works and will likely be picked up by Winfrey’s own Harpo Studios.

This biopic has been in the works for quite a while. Many people have talked about a film based on the life of Oprah Winfrey, but nobody could ever conquer the rights or the production for it. I honestly thought it was going to be a film that was picked by a small studio and aired exclusively on Lifetime or NBC, but then again she is the most influential woman in American television. And on the real, Jennifer Hudson would be the perfect candidate to portray the life of Oprah and of course it will become an Academy considered film and Hudson would be nominated a second time. Let’s wait and see how far this project goes. It will probably be set for a 2010 release.

Maino Provides Another Top 10 Smash with ‘All the Above.’

New York, NY – After the release of the highly successful ‘Hi Hater’ and it’s follow up the ‘Hi Hater (Remix),’ the Brooklyn native gives the fans yet another hit single entitled ‘All the Above.’ This time around he recruits the vocal talents of T-Pain to assist this highly intensified record. Both singles will appear in his highly anticipated debut album that was supposed to be released last year, ‘If Tomorrow Comes.’

Maino has been exploding all over the mixtape scene and has the most heavyweight rap artists co-sign him as the next to blow. He returns providing fans with a fast paced lyrical record that gives him the creditability that he can flow on a high profiled beat. With the assistance of T-Pain, the two have a certified hit record, as a matter of a fact a Top 10 iTunes digital record. At the current moment, ‘All the Above’ has peaked in at number 7 on the Top Hip-Hop & R&B charts. The Just Blaze produced track is already blazing across the nation on constant radio rotation. It is the number 1 added single to urban radio since Flo Rida’s ‘Low.’ His MySpace page has the track clocked in at over 2 million plays. The Hustle Hard/Atlantic artist is on the staircase to the top and if he continues to drop hits like these, we will begin to see Maino all over the place.

At press time, Maino’s debut album ‘If Tomorrow Comes’ is looking for a May release. The video is in the process of complete and will be released soon. Keep posted to 24hourhiphop.com for updated news on Maino’s debut album.

I must admit the track quite interesting. I wasn’t too fond of ‘Hi Hater,’ but this Just Blaze produced track has added more flare to Maino’s style. There’s no doubt that he is an amazing lyricist with a powerful flow, but the beat didn’t keep me focused on the track as much as ‘All the Above’ did. Maino keep doing you’re thing and they’ll keep supporting you. Congrats on scoring the Top 10.

Video of Triple C Going in On G-Unit

And as the world turns, the Triple C and the G-Unit war continues on. An interview of both Torch and Gunplay has surfaced on WorldStarHipHop.com and it appears that the seldom interviewed Triple C has gone in on 50 and G-Unit. Apparently, the suppressed Triple C had a lot to say and let loose on the interview while in New York. A calm Torch let the people know where he was coming from, while a wild out Gunplay goes off on G-Unit in an aggressive manner, there’s only one way to put it, Gunplay is upset as fuck as he expresses it all over the camera. They really defended Rick Ross’ honor on this one, this you got to see!!
