Last night, 50 Cent went on Twitter to reveal that he’s currently in the hospital, though he wouldn’t explain his ailment. Reports say its a stomach virus, but since when do stomach virus’ require surgery? Anyways….
The G-Unit general tweeted pictures of himself in a hospital bed surrounded by stuffed animals, stating that “I’m in the hospital but my gangsta grillz LOST TAPE is done so it will be out on time.”
He also explained that “I don’t want to go into surgery” and wrote, “Do not do a @djdrama gangsta grillz this is all I get. Ain’t this a b*tch. I give 15 tracks you give me this.”
50 Cent is currently prepping the release of his The Lost Tape mixtape, due May 22nd.
