K.Michelle is known for having a really stinking attitude and it has played out across your television set on a weekly basis.So it’s not hard to believe her landlord when he said she has made his life miserable and had to file a lawsuit against her in regards to a unit he renter her.The rent was $2,400.00 a month & K Michelle had four months left on her contract when she decided to up and move without notifying her landlord. Media takeout is reporting the landlord was even willing to let her out of her lease without penalty but her tackiness forced him to file the lawsuit in the amount of $6,450.00 plus an addition $1,250 in fees.
