Swizz Beatz Discusses Work on New Jay-Z Album

New York, NY – The legendary super producer Swizz Beatz has been in the game for quite some time now and continues to conquer the charts with numerous amounts of hits that he can get his hands on. The Ruff Ryder and Full Surface producer will not falter and is definitely far from fading away. As a matter of fact, we recently heard him on Maino’s ‘Million Bucks’ as well as the resurrection of the entire Ruff Ryderz original camp that featured DMX, The LOX, Drag On, and Eve which were featured in the recent remix to ‘Who’s Real.’ Swizz was also the prime reason behind the return of iconic group Bone Thugs N Harmony with their recent album ‘Strength & Loyalty.’

He recently spoke with MTV News concerning the rumors of his demise from the game.

These were his comments:

“I seen something on the cover of the XXL: ‘The Death of the Super-Producer?’ It was on the cover. I was like, ‘I hope the fuck they not talking about me.’ I’ve been kicking since ’98,” Swizz said, “That’s what I told Hova: ‘We did it in ’99, and we ’bout to do it in ’09.’ That’s a blessing. I’ve been around.

I’m starting to feel like a senior citizen, I have people coming to me, saying, ‘I started to listen to you when I was 9.’ But I gotta remember: I started when I was, like, 16, 17. I’mma be 31 in September. Shit is crazy.”

Swizz continued to add that he has been working with another icon that is Jay-Z on his upcoming album ‘The Blueprint 3:’

“I like the album, he gotta say a lot. You know who to come through for the gutter [beats]. He just called me from London, spazzin’. Me and Jay, we’re so much into the art of music, and we’re great friends. This album, we happened to get into a little bit. That shit is super fun. We’re still working.”

Swizz Beatz has also got some beats brewing for the new DMX album as well and there have been talks about a reunion Ruff Ryder compilation album especially with the return of Drag On and Eve on the same track. As of right now, anything is possible in the world of Swizz Beatz who also has upcoming projects with his other Full Surface artists and Bone’s new album ‘Uni-5’ as well.

Alfamega Writes Open Letter to T.I.

Atlanta, GA – It has been only two months since Alfamega’s immediate dismissal from the label he was once proud to be signed to, Grand Hustle. After news of Alfamega’s involvement with the FBI and rumors of him being an informant reached the ears of his CEO T.I., things took a turn for the worse as Alfamega was ousted from the label and his affiliation with T.I.

He recently wrote an open letter to T.I. explaining many different ideas and situations concerning his dismissal. Towards the end, Alfamega even provided a blatant threat towards the Atlanta MC.

These were the contents in the open letter to T.I.:

“Look, I understand that business is business, therefore you have to manage yours the way you see fit. On the real, I’m not coming to you as a disgruntled crying assed bitch who’s mad about being let go. I’m coming to you as a man who is disappointed that he was publicly exiled by a friend. You’ve often said that you’re a man of your words, but homey, you are not being true to your words. Instead, you’re trying to play me like I’m a pawn in your own personal game of chess.

I’m dismayed by the fact that you — of all folk — would leave me treading water in the middle of the ocean with my situation.

Should you choose to not call me within that timeframe, I’ll know exactly where we stand. At that point, we’ll separate and we can get it off like Muhammad Ali vs. George Foreman in the Rumble in the Jungle. It will be what it is, you on your side of the ring, and me on mine. Instead of a boxing ring, it’ll be the studios and instead of boxing gloves, it’ll be me lyrically pounding you.”

Two months ago, T.I. stated in a radio interview that he was officially ousting Alfamega from Grand Hustle the imprint and the crew after news surfaced that the MC was once a FBI informant.

In a straight forward statement, T.I. stated that there is no place in his “organization for dishonest and misleading behavior.”
