T.I. recently hosted an open conference call with DJs and journalists to discuss his recent release from prison and his upcoming business plans.

During the call, Tip spoke on his recent opening performance at the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards with fellow ATLien Young Jeezy. He said that he was blessed to be able to kick off the annual awards show, which are slated to premiere this October 11.

T.I. also spoke on restarting his music career after a nearly year-long sentence in prison. He said that his main goal now that he's back in the studio is to continue making the level of honest music that he had been making prior to his incarceration.
