Those who are wishing to pay their last respects to legendary singer Whitney Houston will be able to see her final descent live on Saturday.

Houston’s publicist, Kristen Foster, announced Wednesday  that The Associated Press will be allowed access at Saturday’s funeral in Newark. The AP will stream the service on  http://livestream.com/aplive, which also will be available to broadcasters via satellite, Feb 18th.

Whitney’s family have sent out private invitations to close family members and friends for the funeral in order to maintain some sense of privacy.

The funeral will be held in Newark, NJ at her childhood church, New Hope Baptist. Houston will later be buried at Fair View Cemetery in Westfield, NJ, where her father, John Russell Houston Jr., was buried in 2003.
