According to TMZ, a Rihanna fan by the name of Starkeema Greenidge filed a lawsuit in New York against the maker of RiRi Woo lipstick. Ri Ri’s fan, Starkeema says while at the Rihanna Diamonds Concert she was approached by a MAC representative who applied the RiRi Woo lipstick to her lips. The fan states that the rep applied the lipstick to her top lip and told her to press both lips together to spread it around. After Starkeema said, “My whole lip was irritated and hugely swollen.” After going to the doctor she got the report that she had contracted Herpes.

It has been stated that the lawsuit has been filed against MAC and not Rihanna. It is stated that MAC has ben doing “shoddy” business and the brand should be exposed for not using disposable samples or individual swabs. The suit also claims that the RiRi Woo that was applied to Starkeema had been applied to lips of other Rihanna fans at the Brooklyn Concert and unfortunately for Starkeeman one of those fans had herpes. Wishing Starkeema the best, we all know herpes virus cannot be cured. This is a true tragedy.
