Artists: Clipse
Album: Hell Hath No Fury
Label: Re-Up Gang Records/ Star Trak/ Jive
Review by: Jay Carter
The wait is finally over, with there album being pushed back for so long, Hell
Hath No Fury is in stores. On the album the Clipse gets
right back to the basics and delivers the streets exactly what they wanted.
From the LP’s intro “Got It For Cheap”, to my personal
favorite “Nightmares” featuring Bial &
Pharrell Williams, and the first single “Mr. Me Too”
featuring Pharrell on the hook an automatic club banger. Even though the Clipse
fail to make Hell Hath No Fury as good as Lord Willin, their second
effort is still worth buying and better then most albums out now. The Neptunes
handles things on the production side of things and the Re-Up Gang
shows up on “Ride Around Shinning” other key tracks are
“Hello New World”, and “Mommy I’m Sorry”.
