Artist: Clipse
Album: Til The Casket Drops
Label: Columbia
It seems as though the third time is the charm for the Clipse who has been through label changes, Re-Up Gang break ups and not to mention the groups manger being sent to jail on drug charges. And through it all this third album “Til The Casket Drops” has rose to the occasion and given music lovers and there die hard fans exactly what we expect from the Clipse, and much more. So, making “Freedom” the first record sets things off perfectly followed up by “Popular Demand” featuring Camron over a masterpiece provided by The Neptunes. There are records such as “Life Change” which shows the Clipse growth as men as well as artists and on “Champion” & “I’m Good” you get to see exactly why Columbia brought the group over from Jive Records. So regardless of the first weeks results or what soundscan may say I definitely feel like the Clipse placed their heart and soul into this album to make it better then their last two albums and it shows. More bangers to tune into are songs like “Door Man“, “Kinda Like A Big Deal“, “Showing Out” featuring Yo Gotti and “Counseling” featuring Nicole Hurst.
