Artist: Heather Victoria
Mixtape: Graffiti Diary
Label: It’s a Wonderful Music/Jamla Records

I first became acquainted with Heather Victoria via the David Banner and 9th Wonder project, Death of A Popstar, specifically the track “Slow Down” on which she is the female vocalist and since then, I knew I had to have more. Well here it it is, her project, a free album, entitled Graffiti Diary. Heather is signed to super-producer 9th Wonder’s Its a Wonderful World Music Group and anyone in hip-hop knows that this gets her automatic playlist access. In actually listening to the album, I believe that the Fayetteville, NC songstress is carving her niche in the R&B world, which is slowly entering its age of revival. Graffiti Diary is a mixture of street style, love stories, milky vocals and brave production, all elements for an awesome listen. Features include Skyzoo, Laws, Tom Hardy, Big Remo and female MC, Rapsody (who’s dope as hell too) with production by fellow label mate Khrysis and of course, Wonder himself.  I’m telling you guys, check it out! If you love R&B, you’re guaranteed to thank me later.

Can’t get enough of:
“I’m Ready (Intro)”
“Your Lady” featuring Laws
“Won’t Stress Me” featuring Rapsody
“Tore My Head Up”
“Greatest Love Of All”
“Time Is The Teacher”
