News that Chris Brown had been arrested yet again is nothing new about the short tempered musician and especially on grounds of assault. Before, he was arrested for assaulting Rihanna his former girlfriend back in 2009. This time around he and his bodyguard were arrested on a Sunday morning and charged with felony and assault. It is alleged that Brown and his bodyguard assaulted a man by punching him just outside the W hotel in Washington at 4.25 a.m. Sunday. Brown’s alleged victim is called Isaac Adams Parker and is aged 20 and hails from Beltsville, Maryland.

Apparently Parker claims that he tried to jump into a photo that Brown was posing for with a female fan on the sidewalk. He alleges that Brown then said that “I’m not down with that gay shit and I feel like boxing”, and then brown then went ahead and punched him with his closed fist. Parker then goes on to say that Brown’s bodyguard stepped between them and then punched him on the face.

Brown’s bodyguard then grabbed him by his arm and pulled him towards his tour bus which was parked nearby. Brown and his bodyguard were arrested afterwards and taken into custody at the second district police station.They were then transferred to a central jail cell block meanwhile Brown’s victim Parker was treated and discharged from hospital.

He had a bruised and swollen face.

Apparently Brown was in Washington for a homecoming party at the Park at fourteen night club on Saturday night this latest assault case against Brown could cause great problems for him He could end up being sentenced to serve a very long jail term.

This is because of the fact that Brown is on probation in California for a felony domestic violence conviction involving Rihanna. Now with this arrest it could be considered a violation of the probation because probation law requires him to stay out of all legal trouble.
Prosecutors have filled probation violation against Brown before and caused the judge hearing his case to order him to complete an additional 1,000 hours of community service in August.

Chris Brown’s music career will be negatively affected by this arrest if he is convicted of the charges leveled against him. Although he apparently hinted about his exit from music in August, he still could offer more to his fans if he was a free man.

This latest unfortunate incident involving him could be a toll order for him with regards to his music career.

Chris Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche Tran who he chose her over Rihanna because she truly understands him he says.This therefore means that Brown’s relationship with Rihanna is over and a possibility that they will be getting back together is not there.

Sources close to Chris disclose that he likes Karrueche because she knows what he wants and what he expects and that she is cool with it.

This confirms that indeed the relationship between Rihanna and Brown is over.

Chris Brown checked himself into rehab more than likely to avoid a harsh sentence from the judge who could send him back to prison for violating the rules of his probation.
