Nicki Minaj is always controversial, but has she gone too far this time? Many say yes!!! The rapper is now making headlines due to her most recent single "Lookin Ass Nigga". Although, not yet, for the single itself, but yes for the VIDEO and now for the use of Malcolm X's image in the artwork. Are you serious Nicki? C'mon man! Why are so many of our black people taking backwards steps, especially during black history month? Have we totally lost respect for our history?

If you look on Facebook, IG, or any other social platform you will see these "funny" first black person to do this >>> insert negative black characteristic/habit <<<. I know you've all seen it, but has Nicki taken it MAINSTREAM? We excuse our use of the Nigga word, but when people like Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow do it, we are ready to fight. Yet, some white people get a pass. Is this where we are headed with our history? We mock, make fun, and ridicule ourselves, but the moment a non-black person does it, NOW we want to be offended? Where are the Malcolm X's, Martin Luther King JR's, or even the TUPAC's of this generation? When will we stop making fun of ourselves? Nicki, Nicki, Nicki, why baby why?
