24: How did your new album “Let’s Get Physical” ended up being on Bad Boy Entertainment/VP Records?

Elephant Man: P. Diddy came to me and said he wanted to do some work with me at a Hot 97 show in New York and that lead me to signing with Bad Boy, that sparked it.


24: What should the fans expect from the new album?


Elephant Man: They should expect a lot the album will be out August.14 and I worked with artist like Busta Rhymes, Rihanna, Shaggy, 50 Cent and Yung Joc to name a few.


24: Who are some of the producers you worked with on the production side of things?


Elephant Man: I worked with Swizz Beatz, Lil Jon, P.Diddy, and a few others and I really feel like the fans will love this album.


24: Tell me a little about your song you have out called “Five 0” featuring Wyclef?


Elephant Man: It’s crazy! It’s the first single and with everything going on we felt it was the right time to put it out and a lot of people can relate to it.


24: What did you learn from last album that will help you make “Let’s Get Physical” a greater success?


Elephant Man: I went into to the studio trying to out do the last album and with these collaborations and better production I think I pulled it off, August.14 see for yourself.


24: Is there anyone you did not get to work with that you would like to in the future?


Elephant Man: Michael Jackson, I got the chance to work with his sister but not him as of yet.


24: Did you feel any pressure coming over to Bad Boy Entertainment and being the first Dance Hall artist or was it the perfect fit?


Elephant Man: It was the perfect fit, because Diddy and me get down like that and we are good friends out side of music. He also gives me room and let me do what I need to do musically.


24: Can the fans expect to see you on tour this summer?


Elephant Man: Tell them to look out for me and stay tuned because I’m going to be on about 3 tours this summer.


24: What’s next in line for Elephant Man?


Elephant Man: The albums coming out so I’m going to be doing a lot of promo tours and the “Five 0” video is out so vote for that on all of the video countdowns and the album drops August.14.
