24: What have you guys been up to lately?

Malice: Grinding, Grinding, Grinding, where in the studio
right now! Also where on tour so look for us to be in a hood near you along
with that Re-Up mixtape Vol.3 coming soon.

24: I recently heard a freestyle you guys did over Kanye
West ‘Flashing Lights’ and Pusha you sound like you were getting at someone?

Pusha-T: If the shoe fits niggas got to wear it, I just
went in the booth and stated facts as always and talk about the shit I know not
the shit others been through for sales, we came in the game spitting like this
and we gone leave the same way.

24: From your experience with the last album what have you
learned that will make your next album a success?

Pusha-T: Personally, I feel like we put out a hell of an
album and it just did not get the sales it should of, because we had great
reviews from all the critics and it’s usually the other way around. But I did
learn that this industry could love you one day and hate you the next. Look at
50 Cent, one day he’s selling 10 million, 6 million then Kanye out sells him,
which I think he wasn’t even ready for because he was looking at the facts, and
it showed Kanye biggest album at 3 million.

24: What’s up with Re-Up Records?

Malice: Re-Up Records is working man, were putting together
timeless music compared to this throw away shit that some artist are doing
right now. We are trying to build that type of empire.

24: Any albums you guys are looking forward to hearing?

Pusha-T: Yeah, I think everyone is waiting to hear that new
American Gangster album from Jay-Z, it seems it’s that old Jay-Z everyone grew
to love.

24: Who inspires the Clipse?

Pusha-T: The greats of course Tupac, Jay-Z, Cool G Rap,
Biggie, but I think the streets and the reality of it more then anything.

24: I feel like for your next album I think you guys should
reach out to Kanye, Just Blaze, DJ Toomp and Bink along with The Neptunes?

Malice: It’s funny that you mentioned that because I love
the production from all of those producers you stated but sometimes what
happens is we get in the studio with P and we end up finishing the whole album
because of the chemistry and he knows exactly what were looking for.

24: What would you say to an up and coming artist?

Malice: Are you sure you want to do this because this shit
aint what you see on TV but if your ready to work and lose sleep touring then
grind hard.

24: I want to thank you both for this interview, and is
their anything you would like to say to the readers?

Malice: Look out for the Re-Up Vol.3!

Pusha-T: We coming to stop shop and hit us up on myspace if
you an Internet head www.myspace.com/clipse,
and shout out to the whole Re-Up Gang! VA all day!
