Recently, Ja Rule plead guilty for tax evasion and was convicted to 3 years in prison. 50 Cent took it to Twitter to express his jubilation at his rivals problems.  Or could this be publicity stunt for Ja Rule’s upcoming album?

On Twitter he said:
