Rumor has it that G-Unit just found their new big artist in former Def Jam artist Uncle Murder. New York hasn’t had a megastar since 50 Cent came into this rap game. As of late, 50 Cent is strengthening his label with some local New York artists. 50 Cent has tried to venture in other regions but things didn’t work out as he wanted like in The Game, Young Buck and even Hot Rod. G-Unit Records has signed Uncle Murder and rumors all over the internet say that Cory Gunz and Ransom will both sign to the label as well.

G-Unit is going downhill with their departed artists like The Game and Young Buck. Trying to bounce back as one of the hottest labels with some New York artists added to their roster might be their last hope. If this works out for G-Unit, there will be more songs for everyone. I never heard of Uncle Murder but we’ll wait and see if he has the talent.
