Jeezy Collabo Albums On The Way?

Best Of Both World albums have been almost a hip hop myth. We saw a couple of them, but none really turned out how we expected. Then the ones that were almost guaranteed to be bangin (Juelz and Lil Wayne, T-Pain and Wayne)  always seem to get tangled up in some business bullshit and lost forever. However some rumors are coming out that ATL’s trapper of the year, Young Jeezy,  is looking to change all that.

The first collab album he would be doing would reportedly be with Akon. The two have worked together on multiple songs and they always come out hot. This rumor has been out for a long time but it is now picking up more steam since Akon’s brother, Bu, said that they are indeed in the lab knocking joints out. This would have to be one of the hottest albums of the year if we see this…

Unless this one actually comes true, because the next rumored Jeezy collab album would be one of the hottest albums of all time. Imagine: Jeezy, Luda, and T.I. That is what the reports are saying, that these three rhyme monsters are scheduled to lay down a whole album together.  This is a so- so one. The intel comes from inside the Def Jam building, home to both Jeezy and Ludacris. However T.I. is on Atlantic and he is about to go to jail as well, which makes me think if anything this album is a long time coming at best.

Hopefully at least one of these can come true cause, Lord knows the game needs it.

Timbaland Executive Producing New Album From The Game?

Speaking of what the game needs that brings us to our next order of business. West sider The Game’s last album, LAX, was wack. Sorry to say it, as I am and always have been a HUGE fan of this guy. I think he is one of the most talented and honest artists of our time. However he just didn’t do it with that last one and most of the critics agreed, panning his album in the media.

Well now it looks like The Game has been inspired by all this sideways talk and word is he is coming back with a vengeance…and some new producers. Global Warming is said to be the name of the album and Game is seriously trying to heat things up if the whispers are true.

The Game and Timbaland have worked together before, all the way back to his first album. People are saying now though that The Game feels he needs Timbo to pull off his next album and make it a certified classic and asked the producer to be the executive producer of his whole next project. Word is Timbo accepted.

Other than Timbo, Cool and Dre are supposed to be heavily involved in the project as well. Hopefully The Game can come correct and reclaim his position with this next album.  I know me and all his fans are impatiently waiting…

50 Cent Buys Death Row?

We all know 50 Cent likes to get his hustle on, and acquire new, profitable businesses. Now since the entire Death Row Records music catalogue is up for sale people are saying 50 is about to make his next chess move and purchase it. The catalogue went up for sale again after it’s last purchaser defaulted on the payments. The catalogue contains music from all former Death Row artists (Snoop, 2Pac, Dr. Dre) as well as unreleased tracks from the label. If 50 owned this it would be a definite good business move but I personally think his main motive is just to anger Interscope Records CEO Jimmy Iovine.

It’s well known the two don’t like each other and Interscope was the former parent company of Death Row. Stay tuned to 24HHH’s news section and we’ll let you  know if this rumor turns into factual news.
