Kanye Getting Punished By Lack Of Grammy Nods?

The Grammy Award nominees were announced recently with Beyonce, and Taylor Swift leading the pack. While in the past Kanye West was always one of the most nominated artists, it appears this year something went wrong.

Not being nominated for album of the year, and not even being included in the rap album of the year category is a first for West. However many insiders are saying this doesn’t have to do with the music, but is payback for his antics towards Taylor Swift during this past year’s VMA’s.  Folks are saying the old heads in the academy don’t feel an artist who behaves like Kanye deserves many awards or nominations for that matter.

If this is true I gotta say this is wrong. We should make these award shows be based on talent, not all the industry politricks that goes on. Besides Ye’ already said sorry like what, 5 million times! Time to move on people…
