Lil Boosie Robbed?

Boosie Bad Azz is known to be nothing nice with his jewel game. However right before turning in today’s reports I got all kind of crazy texts saying that Boosie has been the latest victim of rapper robbery! Now I must admit when I first heard it I automatically assumed it was for his shines. Now though I am hearing this time they didn’t get any shiny stuff from Boosie Boo but got something that may mean even more to him.

More meaningful than his jewelry? Must have been his weed stash…? Nope, wrong again! Word is that some local hooligans broke into Boosie’s home studio in Baton Rouge and emptied it of all his equipment! Beat machines, monitors, even the microphones, I am hearing they all had to go. What makes this matter worse is that Boosie had reportedly HUNDREDS of unreleased songs on his PC which was also stolen from his studio. This is not official yet as it has not broke in the news section here at 24Hour but I am getting more and more confirmation as the hour goes on.

Damn this one must sting. I know personally creating art is something that is time consuming and requires a lot of investment and sacrifice. Hopefully they have a backup of those tracks or something….

Cam’Ron And Mase Mixtape?

Harlemites Cam’Ron and Mase have had their ups and downs in this game. After somewhat coming into the music scene together, they had a very public split after Mase left the stage for the pulpit. Although that has been one of the most confusing moves ever made as he has come back to music at least 3 times since he retired and now it is being said that he is about to come back once again. Last time he came back with 50 and The Unit but that was short lived. Now it looks like this time he is sticking a little closer to home.

That’s right, word is that Mase and Killa are going to be working very heavily together to reintroduce Mase back to the game. The two just put out a song together last week titled “Get It” that shows Mase has once again turned his back on his pastor days and is coming back out hard with that gangsta music. I am getting hit up nonstop from people saying though that  this is just the beginning and the two are actually working on a full fledged mixtape together and if that works and they can strike a deal, why not an album? We should be seeing the mixtape by the end of summer.

I don’t know but I don’t get it. Does the public really wanna hear Mase anyway? And didn’t Cam just put out a flopping fish last month or something? I say get this tour with Jada going and forget all this silliness…

50 Cent Vs. Jay-Z?

50 cent likes to beef. It’s his thing. We’ve seen him go up against some of the biggest names in the game and except for one, it’s safe to say he is always the winner. Fif’s last album dropped on the same day as Kanye West’s and a great challenge arose over who would sell the most. Kanye of course won that bet but it looks like 50 didn’t learn his lesson and now he is doing it again. Except this time with none other than Jay-Z!

50’s new album, Before I Self Destruct will be released on the same day as Jay-Z’s Blueprint 3! However unlike last time where the competition mainly stayed in the record stores and focused on who would sell more units I am hearing 50 is going back to his old ways with this and is about to start going in on Jay-Z hard! Diss song after diss song and video after video is supposedly about to start being rolled out on the God MC in hopes to dismantle him before the records hit stores and 50 can be the winner. The early word is that Jay is aware of this and wont be feeding into any of the shenanigans but 50 is still going to come at him, supposedly taking personal jabs which will force Jay’s hand into becoming involved.

This could be good. 50 and Jay going at it? Although I think truthfully Jay will take light shots back if any. Also Jay is DEFINITELY going to outsell 50 and the album will be better. This is almost a certainty.
