It certainly looks that way. After Lil Kim got the crowd fired up from her the hit song “crush you” at a concert in Buffalo, New York Kim took off her wig and said she’s going to another level.

Upon walking off stage and removing the pink wig she said that “she’ s so above this”.

We can’t say for sure what she meant by this but after Nicki Minaj has been setting  her trend for colorful wigs just as Kim did back in the 1990’s it looks as if Kim has decided to  let it be known that she’s been there and done that.

So? Is it a compliment for Lil Kim if Minaj is in fact bringing back Kimmie’s old style?

 Does Minaj need to calm down on her heavy ‘crayola’ look and look elsewhere?

Or should Kim relax and take the compliment?

Or maybe it’s not that serious…
