New Wayne Mixtape Banned?

Whenever Lil Wayne drops a mixtape it is sure to be one of the most demanded and usually satisfying releases of the year or the month, depending on how he’s feeling. Well recently his No Ceilings mixtape was released after weeks of anticipation and like always Weezy delivered and most were loving the new music. However since then it has come out that if you don’t have it yet, you probably won’t be getting it.

People trying to download the new mixtape will be disappointed to find that all of the links hosting the mixtape have been taken down. I’m hearing this was done by Wayne’s people himself as several of the artists and producer’s songs he remixed started immediately contacting him wanting money and threatening him with legal action.

My only question to this is why now? This guy came up off mixtapes and nobody had a problem then? I’m hearing that now due to Weezy’s EXTREMELY high profile status more of these artists are now aware of him using their music that weren’t before and now want a piece of the pie. I’m told though the tape will probably be back up in  a week or so after this is all cleared up and it is established that Wayne or his label is making no money off this. Looks like this one might be a collector’s item…
