Word on the street is that Soulja Boy is being sued by none other than Souljah Boy? Soulja boy is being sued by some man claiming he had first created and used the stage name “SOULJAH BOY”. Souljah boy ( notice the “h” at the end) born Willie Lyons was part of the group mo thugs during the 1990s. He says he has been using that stage name for twelve years and said he was shocked
when Deandre Way( Soulja Boy’s real name) and Interscope “infringed his name.”

Souljah boy( with an “h”) says his lawyers are in the process of
contacting all appropriate parties. Soulja Boys reps confirmed that they hadnt been contacted thus far and Soulja Boy hasn’t yet responded to the claims. But isn’t Soulja Boy’s full artist name Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em? If
the tell ’em part is apart of his name then why doesn’t he use it???? to

avoid a lawsuit!!!! I think that Souljah boy (with an “h”) is just trying to get some money cause he aint been out in about twelve years.
