Okay, so first we heard The
Game was out of jail. Then his lawyer says no he is in jail. Now the
final word is that he really is out of jail. The rapper served 8 days
of his 60 day sentence and was released so early due to overcrowding
according to his lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.

Jayceon Taylor, also known as Game, was in fact released from custody March 9 at 11:34 p.m. As for his status now,  “[Game]
is now on probation and will eagerly begin his court-ordered community
service,” Holley stated this morning, March 12, 2008.
