5 Signs: Are You A MySpace Junkie?

Okay…so like, every one and there mother has a myspace
account now. The way that myspace has taken off, you wouldn’t think that
Tom has been trying to get the site on it’s way for over 10 years or something
like that. Now, it’s like, if you don’t have a myspace page…then
you must be living under a rock somewhere.

Although myspace is fun and entertaining…it’s
also addictive! And the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. I must admit,
I feel as though I have to check my page at least every two days. If a week
goes by and I haven’t checked my page…I feel like my day isn’t
complete.

Here are 5 signs to let you know if you’ve become
a myspace junkie:

1. You up-date your profile every-other-day.

2. For some reason, it seems as if you’re
taking pictures more often now; and specifically for your myspace page
.

3. You log-on to myspace, what seems like every
5 minutes…or, you never log off.

4. You’re requesting EVERY body to be your
friend, so your list looks like you’re the man (or woman)

And the top sign to know that you are a myspace fanatic…

5. You get mad if you’re not on someone’s
“Top Friends” space!

David Mays does it Again!

Remember the original founder(s) of the Source Magazine;
Davis Mays and “Benzino”? Well,
the two have come out with a new Hip Hop (weekly) publication, set to hit stores
nationwide October 16th.

This publication should be a very interesting one. It’s
focus’ is to cover topics from Film and TV to Fashion and Sports to Music
and Celebrity News.

I admire David Mays for keeping it moving. Just think
about it…this man worked hard to get the source off the ground. As a matter
of fact, he started with a Newsletter. The Source was one-if not the only- well
respected Hip Hop Magazine for as long as I can remember. For him to keep pushing
it the way that he is, is heroic.

New York’s Reality TV Show

Well New York goes home again! But
if you ask me, I think it’s for the best; because now, VH1 will be giving
her, her own show. It will be interesting to see the type of men that are in
to New York.

Is it me, or did VH1 edit the hell out of that show
[Flava of Love]? Call me crazy, but I really don’t think New York is really
as crazy as the show made her out to be…and…I think she really did love
Flava Flav. If New York’s show brings in nearly as many ratings as Flav’s
did…then we really have a problem. We’ll see…
