Last night  on MTV and BET world premiered Kanye West “Runaway” Short Film which was definitely worth the wait and truly something special. It’s great to see an artist who at first his own label which was the old Roc-A-Fella lead by Jay-Z, Biggs Burke and Dame Dash not believing in his talent as an artist to now years later make the world believe in him! I think last night Kanye West showed every artist in the music world the right way to use the internet as well as how to market an album using the internet. After the “Runaway” short film was over MTV and Kanye West took things a little bit further and combined Twitter and MTV together which allowed everyone on Twitter to ask Mr.West questions that would end up being answered “Live” on MTV during a sit down interview with Sway. Twitter users had to simply use #AskKanye and tweet there questions. The idea worked perfectly and of course made #1 on Twitter‘s Trending Topics.
