24: Introduce yourself to everyone that doesn’t already know who you are.
I go by the name Troy Bless aka God Bless The Child and I am definitely Young Money affiliated.

24: What is your role in the daily operations of Young Money?
The man himself, Lil Wayne, I’m with him 24 hours a day so my role carries a lot of responsibility. My responsibilities are to make sure whatever he needs to get done, gets done. No excuses. In other words, I’m his Executive P.A. (Personal Assistant)

24: How did you and Lil Wayne meet?
I knew Wayne from when he released ”The Block is Hot” around 1997. A well known promoter use to do shows in Fort Lauderdale, and I use to be his P.A. My responsibility pretty much was to assist Wayne by taking him to his scheduled shows at different venues and we developed a relationship from there. So, whenever he’d come to Florida, I’d pick him up, move around, stuff like that. Once the position was available and I got that call, I officially became Young Money.

24: There have been numerous reports that Lil Wayne would be getting out of jail by November 4, 2010. What are your thoughts on that?
That’s definitely good news because you know the whole family misses Wayne. The streets ain’t the same. I’m just glad that he’s coming out soon. Back in the streets, back in the studio like he always is.

24: Is there any truth to the rumors that either on the day Wayne gets out or the day after, that he would be immediately performing at some sort of event or show?
I have no idea about that to be honest with you. I haven’t received any calls or been informed about Wayne doing any shows. We’re just waiting on his release and then we’ll go from there.

24: Can you describe what was going on with him personally before he finally went to jail?
Pretty much he was just focused on his music. It wasn’t even like he was going in. We’d be in the studio 24/7, doing shows, spending time with his family, doing tours, interviews and etc. It was never discussed. It was just him getting ready for the mixtape and getting ready for the album. There was no solid discussion about him going in.

24: Young Money/Cash Money is releasing a song and EP from Wayne called ”I’m Not A Human Being”. Can you tell us about that?
It’s a hot track. Different from anything out there right now. It has a rock/hip hop feel to it. My name is mentioned in the song. So y’all get ready for that. Shout out to Mike Banger.

24: What are your future plans inside and outside of Young Money?
I host a radio show called Keepit100fm with the lovely Randa Q and our DJ Stevie J. He DJs at Club LIV and Club PLAY on South Beach for all of you who may not know who he is. I’ve always been involved with underground radio stations. That’s something that I’ve always wanted to do. Being that my boss is away for a little bit, I decided to get back on the radio. Shout-out to Coast2Coastmixtapes.com. Those are the people I am working with. With this new online radio station, I’m just ready to kill the internet because that’s what I do.

24: What music can the fans expect to hear on Keepit100radioFM?
We play a lot of R&B, Hip-hop, a little bit of mixtape material, pretty much everything in the hip-hop world. Stevie J does his thing and he goes real hard. A lot of Young Money music of course (laughs). Can’t leave that out!

24: How can fans go about getting in contact with you?
If it has anything to do with music, because on the show we’re going to be playing producers beats and stuff so rappers can pretty much listen to what’s out there. They could always hit me up on my twitter at www.twitter.com/TroyBless. I’m a Facebook junkie so you can also hit me up on there at Facebook.com/TroyBless

24: Any last words?
I would advise anyone trying to get in this industry to stay focused and network. I don’t know about fans, but if there is, much love to the fans, God bless the child, Free Weezy ASAP and that’s pretty much it. Young Money.
