My name is Bobby DeBarge Jr. 
 
Where were you raised, did you move around at all?
 
I was raised in Los Angeles County in California and I moved a lot. My family was struggling growing up so we had to move to accommodate our financial situation.
 
What are some of your life experiences that pushed you towards making music?
 
My father, Bobby DeBarge, was a huge part of why I do music. Since I can remember it's always been what I wanted. It's my passion. I just want to carry on the legacy of the DeBarge name.
 
What are some of your music influences, or favorite artists?
 
Influences: My father Bobby DeBarge, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Tevin Campbell, Michael Jackson, Prince, James Brown
 
Current Favorite Artists: Bruno Mars, Lana Del Rey, Drake, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kanye, there are so many I can't even name them all
 
What age did you start making music?
 
I started singing before I could talk, I started making music professionally when I was 8. I was in a couple groups growing up.
 
Tell us your best experience in the music industry so far.
 
Working with The Marleys. That was the shit. It was very peaceful. Very refreshing. 
 
What's the newest single you just dropped?
 
"The Weekend ft. Friday" 
 
Do you have an album in the works?
 
Yes. It's called "Drippin in Gold". Scheduled to come out this year.

Definitely would love to work with Drake, PARTYNEXTDOOR, A$AP Rocky, Wiz Khalifa, T-Pain, Kanye, JoJo, Chris Brown, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus
