24: Tell us a little
about yourself and what you trying to get into right now?

Creepa: Well this the
realist nigga on the block since Chub Rock Nigga. Sir Creepa stay strap and if
a bitch want me to take it off I’m a say Joke of the day!! Joke of the day!!! (Laughs)
you feel me? But basically you know what I’m saying we trying to hold it
down,  basically I feel like I’m the
hottest thing out here right now but we trying to get more money, and who ever
is the highest bidder for what we trying to push out then that’s what we going
to jump on.

Tandy Weems (Creepa’s
Manager): Right now we have a few labels that are interested in Creepa, so
right now we are just trying to figure out which way we’re want to go.

24: How you get the name
Creepa?

Creepa: Well I had that
name since elementary school. Cause I’ll surprise you, you know what I’m saying..they sent Reepa…you feel me? So
basically I surprise you, nothing is the same. 
My signature is Ugghh!!! Because it’s nasty out here “it’s uggh!!!”

24: Awww you done stole
my signature (Laughs) but I feel you.

Creepa: Nah I been
rapping since I’ve been eight years old it’s just been ugh!!! out here. But you
see the view now? (laughs) See the dock, you know what I’m saying the jet ski’s
and all that, I’m just sitting out here high in the sky.

24: Yea, yall living
lovely out here, so what tapes you got out right now you got any mixtapes?

Creepa: I got like 300
songs on wax but I’m just waiting for the right time to throw it out. Cause you
know that’s how the game goes. I’m just waiting for that right time to throw it
out, I’m a real nigga, so a real nigga going to’ respect a real nigga and I’m
waiting for that right move, it’s plan, plot, strategize. I’m not gonna just
throw out something then a nigga just throw that shit in the back seat I want
people to respect that,  feel me? I don’t
want my shit just to be thrown back, I want the first time I come out I come
out hard and I come out right. Get the right promo and everything!

24: Tell the people where
you from in Florida?

Creepa: Well shit me
I’m from Murder Gardens,
and if they don’t know that Miami
Gardens.  N.W.G, Norwood
Gangsters, niggas with guns and we do this for fun so don’t get it twisted. So
you know I’m from over there by Norwood, Norland play ball field, you know I
stayed over there all my life and I’m not going anywhere.

24: So what short-term
and long term goals?

Creepa: Well my goals
for short term and long term it’s just to give God the glory for everything he
keeps blessing me with because I was facing a lot time in jail, facing like 26
years and now I’m out here and I dedicate everything that he doing for me. I
just want to express and let everyone hear the trials and tribulation that I’ve
been through and similar situations that everyone else may be going through.

24: How do you feel about
the Miami Hip
Hop Scene right now?

Creepa: Right now the
hip hop scene I feel like, the people that’s out
there are not doing what they suppose to be doing basically because if you from
Miami you know how hard it is to get out there and how the struggle is and I do
this for everybody in the struggle, and with the responsibility, everyone made
it and they not really looking out for everybody else and trying to put
everybody else on.  I feel like it’s a
crabs in the barrel down here and I’m not gonna call no names out, them niggaz
know who they are! They try to keep people down, and then young niggaz, they
put them in the studio and steal they concepts and shit. “O man this nigga
sound tight!” But you’re not really trying to put him on, you just trying to
steal his concepts and flip them around then make yourself hotter you know what
I mean.

24: How you feel you
gonna’ change the game for Miami?

Creepa: I’m gonna
change the game cause all the fuck niggaz gonna get weeded out this garden you
know what I’m saying? I’m not the one to
gossip so you didn’t hear it from me, the game meant to be sold.

24: So when you do you plan
on dropping?

Creepa: You gotta talk
to my manager dawg! I’ll drop right now! I’m dropping right now! Shit the album
called “Straight Drop!!” Know what I’m
saying?!? “I got that straight Drop…” I’m ready though, I
been ready but it’s just like I say, In order to have success you have to have
opportunity and then you have to be prepared. You can be prepared and don’t
have opportunity or have opportunity and not be prepared, so you got to be
ready. But I plan on working with everybody in the struggle, all the real
niggaz, if you’re not real, get the fuck from round me. I’m the definition of
real. If you come from the same cloth as me then you and me know what we is REAL, because is a few
of our kind, riding with fuck boys got us doing some time.

24: What’s your
definition of a hit?

Creepa: A hit I feel
like something that every body could vibe to and relate to in the club that
would make everybody from the nerd with glasses and suspenders, to the nigga
with the dreads in his head with a mouth full of golds, everybody vibin’ that
song. When everybody could vibe and relate to it old, young, everybody the
world.

24: Any Shot Outs to
anybody? Advise?

Creepa: Mayneee, I’m shot out!
I don’t want to call names and then a nigga be like damn dawg you forgot about
me but shit is so much on a nigga mind, so I’m shot out! But I got love for
everybody we all in the struggle together so you know what time it is. And for
artist if you serious about music don’t give up because eventually it’s like a
race if you quit you’re never going to see that finish line, if you keep going
it might be a long run but if you really dedicated  and serious eventually your chance will come
and your going to pop. But like I said before if you want to have to success
you better be prepared, you’ll have opportunity, and may not be prepared at
that time or may be prepared and don’t have opportunity. But as long as you are
prepared one day your going to have that opportunity. So don’t stop just keep
going at it, and what make it so bad or what makes it so good is when it does
come and your not prepared it only makes you better and better. The more you
keep doing something repetitious just like playing ball, the more you keep
practicing and practicing the more better you get, then your going to be
destined and then you just shine then nobody wont be able to stop you they cant
stop you then.
