A

I sent this little mixtape portfolio to Grand Hustle and about 2 weeks
later J Geter (T.I.’s manager) called me and asked me to be a part of the team
as there go-to-guy in North Carolina. That situation right there was kind of my
first break.
24: Have you always been a mixtape DJ or
did you start off as a DJ in clubs?
I use to sell my mixtapes on campus at NC A&T in between classes. I was
buzzing heavy in Greensboro, so then I began djing the strip clubs so mixtapes
is what really got me into the club scene!

real one.
Being honest with an up incoming artist’s don’t base your opinion on money be
truth full.

Jeezy and how it came about that both of you began working with each other
