24: Introduce yourself to everyone and let them know where your repping?

Fatboy T.Shaw: I was born in St.Louis, Missouri. When I was around three or four I moved to Warren, Ohio. Then when I was about ten I moved to South Florida. This is where I’m at, this is where I’m repping. But I got people all over so I got love and I do it for everybody worldwide. I’m repping Fatboy T.Shaw everywhere and the world loving it.

24: What do you feel you’re bringing to the music world and what separates you from other up and coming artist?

Fatboy T.Shaw: I’m actually good and I rap well [lol].  No gimmicks, I’m just me “Fatboy”. I do what I do and I entertain. So shit get your popcorn out because it’s showtime.

24: Who are some of the artist that you would say influence you musically?

Fatboy T.Shaw: I would say I’m more inspired by “great music” than “Great Artist” because “Great Artist” ain’t always really “Great Artist”, but “Great Music” is always “Great Music” it’s undeniable. For example take a look at Michael Jackson, he definitely ain’t the Michael we know these days, but “Thriller” is still “Thriller”. Everybody love “Thriller”, your momma love “Thriller”, shit your grandmother love “Thriller”. It’s just undeniably great music and that’s what influences me. That’s what I go for every time I set foot in the studio.

24: Tell us about some of the projects you’re currently working on?

Fatboy T.Shaw: I’m on the internet, so check me out on Youtube &  Myspace. Google me! I’m got a digital album coming out early next year. I got a DVD I’m putting together coming real soon. Definitely got some big events coming up. I’m doing some writing and some production on other artist projects as well. I’m working. I’m working damn hard. So it’s on.

24: Who are some of the producers you have been working with and who would you love to work with in the near future?

Fatboy T.Shaw: Nick Treble and Fatboy T.Shaw. That’s just what it is and that’s what it’s been. That’s my producer, that’s my brother. If it ain’t him on the track, it’s me and shit if it ain’t me or him, it’s us.

24: If you could choose any Major label or an Independent label which would you choose and why?

Fatboy T.Shaw: I don’t think that’s something you choose, I think it’s something that chooses you. You know Lebron is still Lebron, Kobe is still Kobe. The team (label) really isn’t as important as the coaches and the situation. So it’s whoever is smart enough to create the right situation for me. More so the right deal. So that’s the label I’m going to choose. Either way wherever I end up, wherever I go, whatever team I end up being drafted by- I’m going hard. I’m putting up numbers. I’m making history. Believe That.

24: What should the readers look out for from you in the near future?

Fatboy T.Shaw: The radio. Listen to the radio. Request a Fatboy record. The internet. Go online. I got the digital album coming out early next year. Look out for me everywhere.

24: How can someone find out more about you and check out your music?

Fatboy T. Shaw: Check me out on Myspace at www.myspace.com/fatboytshaw, on Youtube at www.youtube.com/fatboytshaw. I’m the biggest thing around [lol] so l ain’t hard to find.

24: Is there anything you want to say to the readers?

Fatboy T.Shaw: Fuck with me, shout out to the DJ’s, holla at me! To the fans when you see Fat Boy act like you know Fatboy, but I really think I done said enough, the music going to speak for itself. Believe that!
