24: Introduce yourself to everyone that doesn’t already know who you are.

Marze Frascati: My name is Marze Frascati I’m from Miramar Florida. Broward County Stand Up!!!!

24: Before we get into your music, can you describe your history about how you got into and what inspired you?

Marze Frascati: I was in to music since I was maybe like 8 or 9 years young. I just love all types of music, and just seeing Artist make it from where I’m coming from inspired me to do me.

24: What was the Hip-Hop scene like for you growing up where you’re from?

Marze Frascati: It’s was crazy, music is a big thing in South Florida. The Hot Boyz, DMX and The Ruff Ryders, D-Block, Big Tymers, Nelly and The St. Lunatics, I mean I could go on and on. Bow Wow had the shorties and the lil homies on smash. We even liked Sisqo, but before the “Thong Song.” If the beat’s hot and the lyrics are crazy, you could bet we had that thing in the CD deck. We are universal with our eyes and ears.

24: What makes you Unique as an artist and different from other rappers out now?

Marze Frascati: I’m unique in my own way, but I am not to different, because we all basically have to same goal and that is to tell our story. I want the world to know “MY” music, and fall in love with me as a person, an artist coming from the bottom heading to the top.

24: Tell us about what you are working on.

Marze Frascati: Well, right now me and my team are pushing my new mixtape “The First 48” Hosted By: Popz N Nick B Of Don Logan DJs. We just got done shooting the “Came A Long Way” video featuring my homie, Tone C. Me and Popz (Popz N Nick B) is wrapping up a mixtape we collaborated on entitled “Let’s Drop A Mixtape,” and I’m a couple songs in for the “Marzerati Mixtape” Hosted By: DJ FlyGuy. I can’t give you too much, but I will let everyone know to look out for that “After The First 48” mixtape. I got plans of releasing that one early 2013.

24: What producers have you worked with and who would you like to work within the future?

Marze Frascati: I’ve worked with Nick Rio, Flash Beats, DJ Naydee, and Vybe Beats, exclusively. But a lot of my past joints was beats off SoundClick.com. I don’t really remember the producers behind my past recordings. I would love to work with Kanye West, Lex Luger, Just Blaze, Cool & Dre, The-Dream, Dr. Dre, and Mannie Fresh. I’m really open to new sounds though, so I’m down to work with anyone with hot material.

24: Are you happy with the feedback you have been getting from people on material you have released?

Marze Frascati: Yes I am! I got those that love me, supports me, and you got the haters. But each and everyone of those people have a special place in my heart. They motivate me to keep grinding and go harder every time.

24: In today’s free download age, what do you need to do to make yourself a household name?

Marze Frascati: You got to go hard on those social networks. The internet world is crazy and that is the new thing this day in age. As long as you stay consistent with dropping new hot music you are heading the right direction.

24: How do you feel about the current state of the Hip-Hop scene?

Marze Frascati: It’d be a lot better when I’m finally in the game and off the bench. Lmao! But really though, I think the state of the game is in good standing. The only difference I could see in the game as of right now is that the internet world plays a bigger part in it this day and age.

24: Outside of the music, what else are you currently working on?

Marze Frascati: I don’t have much, but I love to give back. So this year I’m setting up something that can help those in need. Other than that I’m grinding, smoking, recording, promoting with my team or I’m looking out for the family, etc. I just like to keep busy, makes me feel useful.
24: Where do you see yourself going in 2012 and how do you plan to separate yourself from the other artist out today to get the recognition you feel you deserve?

Marze Frascati: Honestly, I can’t say. I just know I’m a grind it out this whole year. Non-Stop!!!! I set a few goals for myself, and I’m a do anything in my power to accomplish those goals this year. I would love to be a Freshmen this year on XXL.
