Mitch Banga: I was born and raised in 3rd ward New Orleans, LA the bottom of the map. Being raised in New Orleans was a blessing but the same time it was a curse you get to see reality at a young age. Being raised in a place like that you learn nothing is ever giving to you ,but due to Hurricane Katrina I was forced to relocate. I moved to Dallas ,TX when i was 12. Oak Cliff is like a second home to me.
24HHH: Who were you raised by? Tell us your family situation. Got any brothers, sisters, or any siblings? Tell us about your childhood, and how it impacted your music?
Mitch Banga: Well when I was 4 years old my dad was killed in New Orleans my mom was unstable at the time she couldn’t take car of me on my own so she moved me in with my grandparents. I was raised by my grandparents up to 12 years old, but after hurricane katrina i moved to dallas with my mom. Yes I do, I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. My childhood was great my grandparents mad sure i had anything I wanted and everything i needed. After hurricane katrina it got little tough being in a new state with only a few friends. Music was a blessing giving to me by god to escape reality it still is.
24HHH: What age did you start making music?
