24: For the readers who may not know who you are go ahead and Introduce yourself to everyone and let them know where your representing?

Nino McFly:  It’s your boy Nino McFly aka Ocean Drive McFly. I was born and  raised in Washington Heights, NY but I have been living in South,FL since 2000.

24: With so many up and coming artist popping up every other day what would you say that your bringing new to the game with your music & style?

Nino McFly: I think too many rappers forgot how to have fun. A lot of artist are to concern with what people will think of them etc. So I’m bringing that side back to the music world and do it better than anyone has ever done it.

24: Who were some of your biggest musical influences growing up that you would say made you go from a fan of music to wanting to become an artist yourself?

Nino McFly:  When I started listening to rap, it was in it’s “Golden Era”! I would listen to everyone from Nas, Jay-Z , Biggie, Wu-Tang to AZ. I loved their music but didn’t quite understand it too much because I was so young at the time. An as far as the subject’s they were speaking about I wasn’t into those things at that time. So for me it wasn’t until Mase came into the game that made me want  to become a rapper . No one at that time had the image or swagger that he was coming with and  it amazed me from his style to his music.

24: If you could do a feature with any artist who who you choose and why?

Nino McFly:  Definitely, Jay-Z for obvious reasons(come on that’s the GOD MC). No one has done what he’s done in the music world and I think it’s going to be a while until someone does. I would want to be in the studio together though no emailing verses, because I want to witness how he works. I’m pretty sure I could learn a lot from him. Just to be around him would be an honor in itself.

24: Tell about some the projects your currently working on because I know you have a new mixtape that everyone should be bumping?

Nino McFly:  Yes, my mixtape or should I say my Street Album “Young, Pretty & Heartless” is  out now! It’s bananas and definitely some of my best work to date. I know a lot lot of people will relate to it, this is no WWE album with lies and fiction to entertain the viewers(lol). I even got Sean Kingston, Akon, Rihanna, Lil Twist from Young Money, and Battle Champ Conceited on it. Broward County’s own DJ GQ is hosting it!

24: At a time when the Music Industry is at an up & down state do you have any plans of signing to a Major Label or just keep building up your buzz at the moment?

Nino McFly: A few Major Deals are on the table now but the money isn’t right so I refuse to sign. I’m not starving at all and I’m making money as an indie artist. On every single project I put out gets better and I get more fans as I go so the majors will soon have no choice but to up the prices. So until the right deal comes along I’ll stay indie.

24: What should the readers look out for from you in 2010?

Nino McFly: I’ll let the listeners and fans see for themselves. A lot of rappers tell everyone their next move and they end up not doing it or they slack off  and let the next nigga do it quicker and better. So with that said you’ll see my next move instead of me telling you.

24: How can someone find out more about to and check out your music?

Nino McFly: I’m still working on my website so until then the readers could follow me on Twitter at www.twtter.com/oceandrivemcfly and Facebook as well at www.facebook.com/mroceandrivemcfly. Also check out my blog at McFlySociety.Blogspot.com.

24: Is there anything you want to say to the readers?

Nino McFly: Yeah, don’t let your girl out(lol).
