24: Introduce yourself to everyone and let them know where you’re representing?

Nove: Well, some of you may know by now but if you don’t, it’s ya boy Nove representing that 305 to the heart fam! I was raised in Opa Locka, Carol City, Cloverleaf, Norwood, and North Miami, so I will just sum it up and say Dade County!

24: What do you feel you’re bringing to the music world and what separates you from the next new artist?

Nove: I’m trying to bring the fun back! I mean don’t get it twisted, ya boy stay on that hood shit by all means. But at the some artists forget how to have fun with the music. Now a days the only thing that most artist are worrying about is who is beefing with who and all that nonsense. I’m that dude that’s focused and passing all that up. That’s why I stay in the studio getting it in! At the same time, I concentrating on making nothing but hot shit.

24: Who were some artists that you would say influenced you musically?

Nove: Hands down I would have to say Tupac. Then there’s B.I.G., Snoop, Trick, Plies, and Ross. As far as my mogul mind state I look up to Mr.Simmons & Mr.Combs.

24: Tell us about your new single which features Brisco & Webbz.  How did that record come about, and who produced it?

Nove: It was produced by my dude Midus of Goldyn Chyld Productions (another Slick Salt Ent. & Undaboss affiliate). It was just another night at the studio coming up with hard ass records. It was originally going to be me and Webbz from Currency Xchange/Southside Bombers. Once I let Jay(CEO of Slick Salt Ent.) hear it, he called my dawg Brisco up because he said that he could hear Brisco on the record also. Brisco slid through the studio did his thing and it was a movie! Let’s just say I’m blessed(lol).

24: What made you go with Brisco and Webbz, which worked out perfect, and are both two of the new artists that everyone should be looking out for?

Nove: Brisco and Webbz are both “Raw Talents“! Who could have been better for that song? Trust me, them two dudes right there are definitely a threat to the industry and if you don’t believe you can Google them for the proof!

24: I heard that you’re doing a video for that song as well? When should the readers be looking out for that here in our video section?

Nove: It’s actually in the editing stages right now, so please be looking for that very soon. It should be ready within the next 2 weeks. Shouts out the Director Gary D of Untouchable Films.

24: Who are some of the producers you have been working with, and who would you love to work with in the near future?

Nove: I do major work with my Special Ops producer Midus. I call him my “Special Ops” producer cause everytime I need him, he comes through with a banger and clears out the competition! I would love to work with CP Hollywood, Shawty Redd, Danjahandz, J-Roc, and Pollow Da Don. Now artist is a different story! That’s a long christmas list(lol)!

24: At a time when the music industry is at an Up & Down state, which would you want to sign to, an Indie Label or a Major?

Nove: That all depends on how that situation is going and how the black and white looks. I like talking numbers.

24: What should the readers look out for from you in 2009?

Nove: A whole new batch of records, collaborations with all the other raw up and coming artists, shows, and videos! I’m gonna be a very productive individual for 2009.

24: How can someone find out more about you and check out your music?

Nove: They can just hit up my Myspace at www.myspace.com/novemuzik, and they can also follow me on Twitter as well at @novecdtc. They can also hit up my Special Ops producer Midus for some of that heat! His Twitter is @iammidus.

24: Is there anything you want to say to the readers?

Nove: I damn sure do! Please, please, please support your boy and stay tuned for even more records that’s gonna tear the game apart. I really want to thank everyone that’s showing your boy all this love, especially 24hourhiphop.com. My Slick Salt Ent. team not to mention my home girl Shonie. She’s in a real good position right now to take over Miami. Oh, and one more thing, CDTC bitch!
