24: Introduce yourself to everyone
and let them know where you’re from and how long you have been doing
music?

Project B: For all of those
who do not know us, we go by the name of Project B, also known as the
R&B Kings of the South. We have been singing since our childhood,
however, our independent record label, Visionarry Records, established
in 2004.

24: In a music industry, full
of up and coming artists, what is it about Project B that a label A&R
would do to sign you over another artist?

Project B: First of all, Project
B knows that the music industry is one big game. Either you win or you
lose. Project B stays with a positive mentality and most importantly
we keep it real. We have a unique sound that catches the ear of different
people around the world. Also, we write our own music. We are also not
your typical R&B Group therefore; it will leave a label A&R
to desire a new and powerful voice to represent their label, which is
better known as Project B.

24: Who are some of your musical
influences?

Project B: Project B was inspired
only by the best. These following artists have lyrics that everybody
can relate to. These artists consist of  Boys 2 Men, Dru Hill,
112, Brian McKnight, just to name a few. But, our biggest inspiration
would have to be our mother, a single woman of 5, which has kept strong
and expressed her feelings by the beautiful lyrics of her songs. But
most importantly we have always had Jesus Christ in our lives therefore
making us stronger and always with our head up high.

24: Tell me about some of the
things you guys have been working on lately?

Project B: Project B has a
new mix tape that we are working on by the name of “Southern Comfort
Volume 1” hosted by DJ Smallz.

24: If you had to choose one
song that could best describe Project B which would it be and why?

Project B: Best song that will
describe Project B would have to be one of our own called “Let’s
Get It On” because this song is the two most important words that
describe us, energetic and live. The whole concept of it is on how we
going to run the game and how all we going to worry about is our fans
and the money.

24: Not many R&B artists
has been able to get into the game and become successful, so with that
being said, besides the music what are some of the things you guys have
been doing? For example booking shows or networking with DJ’s because
the extra things sometimes in this business are more important then
the music, some say it’s who you know.

Project B: Project B has been
doing local shows and special musical events. Also, the one and only
Project B are one of Miami’s Finalists of the “TheNext.TV Making
The Next Hit with Jagged Edge Reality Show.” We have also been going
to different conferences such as the 2007 TJ’s DJ’s Conference in
Miami and we also attented the Ozone Awards. We have also networked
with DJ IceCold, DJ GotNow, DJ BayBay, DJ Smallz, and DJ SharpShoota.
In addition to that we are trying to come out with our clothing line
called “VR Dynamiks Clothing.” So be on the look out for that.

24: Who are some producers
have you been working with and tell me few producers you would love
to get into the studio with in the future?

Project B: Main producers we
have been working with since the beginning has been P-Lo and XL from
Holysin Records. Also Jimmy Dade from Dreadwood Ent, Track Hustlers
from Tallahassee, Florida, Cool and Dre, and Benzino’s personal producer.
As far as working with producers, we would like to work with The Runners,
Scott Storch, Timbaland, Diddy, Bryan Michael Cox, BabyFace, Kanye West,
and whoever wants to give us an opportunity.

24: What’s next in line for
Project B?

Project B: Next in line for
Project B would have to be dropping out this R&B mix tape that we
have been working on with DJ Smallz and just keep grinding trying to
get our money up in the best way possible.

24: How can someone find out
more about Project B?

Project B: Anybody can check
us out at our official myspace page at www.myspace.com/officialprojectb and www.myspace.com/visionarryrecords. Also, you can get a free ringtone
of one of our hottest tracks if you visit our page. For booking info

24: Is there anything you would
like to promote?

Project B: We would like to
promote our clothing line “VR Dynamiks Clothing,” and our upcoming
mixtape “Southern Comfort Volume 1” Hosted by DJ Smallz. We would
like to shout out the whole Epidemic Family, all the boys on 70,84,82,60,
Zoe Pound, Goon City 21 Ct, Military Mindz, Holysin Records, Dreadwood
Ent., and most importantly our fans and the First Lady of Project B
Adrii. Also, be on the look out for VR Team Dropping their mix tape
called “Can’t Knock Da Hustle Volume 1” Hosted by DJ Artilary,
Slim Thug’s official DJ of the Boss Hog Outlawz.
