24: Introduce yourself for those that
may not know you and introduce some of the producers you have signed to your
management company?

Spliff: What up world! My name is
Stephen Hacker, popularly known as “Spliff/Spliffington” to the
privileged in the music business. I operate a management and consulting company
called Spliffington Management, home to several first class music producers. I
manage a lot of the business that they have and help further their careers in
the music industry. I’ve had the company going on 3 years now, although I
started making moves in this direction a few years prior. I strategically built
up the company from relationships that were created when I was a college radio
DJ, mixtape DJ, Record label intern, all the way down to assistant A&R.
Currently; I represent Freebass, I.N.F.O., Pro V and STREETRUNNER. They are all
relatively young and at the top of the food chain when it comes to music
production. They are the ones who really helped me get where I am now because
they are incredibly gifted.  In addition,
I also consult on the behalf of some new producers hoping to get their careers
off in the right direction as well.

24: Tell me about some of the projects
your management company has been working on lately and some of the recent
projects you have been a part of?

Spliff: Lately we’ve been working on
getting some records done for Nas, he’s got a big album coming up and we gave
him some crazy records which I hope make the cut. Also we are back working with
Fabolous again on his next solo release; he’s also doing a Street Family album
in which we have some records on as well. We are patiently awaiting Juelz
Santana’s next solo project, Lil Wayne’s Carter 3, those two are running the
game right now, so it
