24: Introduce yourself to everyone that doesn’t already know who you are.
Tre Beatz – Official Producer/Rapper of Black Wall Street Records.
24: Briefly tell us about your background, how you got into the industry and who were some of the individuals that inspired you?
I started off about 4 years ago. Went out and bought an MPC 2000 and went in! I was carrying my MPC everywhere I went. Just plugged up and started making beats.
24: What makes Tre Beatz different from other producers and how would you describe your production style?
My production style is very unique! I like to give each artist a different style of music, basically their own customized production.
24: Do you both consider yourself a producer or a beat maker and explain why for either answer?
Most definitely a producer, I like to go in the studio and create from the bottom. When I start the beat production process I like the artist to be there so that we can catch the same vibe. I like to be involved in structuring the whole song, creating a better producer-artist relationship versus emailing the beat and having the artist send the song back.
24: How do you approach making your beats, do you start with the drums first or a kick?
Ummm… It varies! I can start off with a basic kick and snare/clap, keyboards, or samples. Just depends on what I load up in “Tha Kitchen”! That’s what I call my studio! lol
24: Have you ever felt like too much time passes in the game where you have to make it and that window is closing?
No, I believe that producers can never get old in the music game! But far as rappers I don’t know too many rappers who survive in the industry after more than 5 years.
24: As of right now, who in the industry would you say you listen to on a regular and would probably like to work with in the near future?
I want to work with anyone and everyone who want to work with me!
24: What was it like producing on L.A.X. Album?
It was a learning experience as my 1st big project, there were lots of great producers to compete against. I enjoyed every moment of it, good times!
24: Are you happy with the feedback you’ve been getting from the songs you’ve released so far?
Yessir!
24: Can you describe, briefly, how you and The Game work together on a musical project?
Simple. I make the beats and he does the raps! Anything else would just be uncivilized! lol
24: Do you have any plans of starting a label later on and have artist(s) or do you just want to keep focusing on being the best producer possible?
Both. I’ve recently started a production team. As of right now we are looking for artist of all genres. If you’re interested, send your 2 best songs and a picture of yourself to: trebeatz.booking@gmail.com
24: What do you like to do for fun outside of working on music?
PS3, Basketball, Poppin bottles! And of course… WOMEN!!!

24: Where do you see yourself going in 2011?
2011 will be the year that I make my impact on the industry, I believe I’m ready now after 2 years of grinding, I meant learning! lol
24: What’s some up and coming moves you’re trying to make in the near future that everyone should look out for?
