The Knicks seem to be back to their winning ways during the years when Pat Riley and Jeff Van Gundy were coaching the team. With players like Patrick Ewing, Charles Oakley, John Starks, Derek Harper and  Anthony Mason the Knicks were able to make it to the finals but loss to the Rockets. An later made it back once again under Jeff Van Gundy with Allen Houston, Marcus Camby and Sprewell to name a few but were defeated by the Spurs. This years team might not be ready for a finals run but they are definitely have a bright future and looks to be one star player away from really becoming a team to beat in the Eastern Conference Division. The Knicks have won six straight games and are 12-1 in their last 13 Games after defeating the Denver Nuggets Sunday afternoon 129-125 making it 8 straight wins for the Knicks as well. Powered by their Point Guard/Forward Duo of Stoudemire and Felton who’s arguably playing better then any other duo in the entire NBA. Stoudemire has been dropping 30 plus points in his last eight games and set the New York Knicks franchise record! So congratulation to the Knicks the New York definitely deserve a winning team once again. The Knicks will have two big games coming up against the Boston Celtics  Tonight and the Miami Heats on Friday. An in other news Carmleo Anthony has came out with a statement that he will only sign a contract extension with the Denver if he’s traded to the Knicks!
