The Packers came out today and played a great all-around team game against the Chicago Bears which lead to their 21-14 NFC Championship victory. A great game by Jennings who caught a game high 130yards and Raji 18 yard interception return followed by Arron Rodgers throwing for a solid 244 not to mention RB Starks on the ground with 73 yards. At the beginning of the season I’m not sure if many of people picked the Packers to reach the Super Bowl and play in Dallas but that’s the special thing that separates the NFL from all other sports you just can’t predict who will win or who will lose. In Game Two the New York Jets battled the Pittsburg Steelers for the AFC Championship game where the Steelers took advantage of their running game with Mendenhall and led 24-3 at the end of the first half. Using the running game to open things up in the passing game the Steelers game plan worked perfectly. Trying to get something going in the second half Sanchez finally lead the offense to a touchdown with 45 yard pass to Holmes. But it was the Steelers defense that continued to hold of the Jets offense and only allowing to score once more for a 24-19 Victory to seal the game. So ladies and gentlemen it will be the Packers vs Steelers in the 2010-2011 NFL Superbowl in Dallas, TX.
