Ok, before we go into a frenzy, this list is not in any order. I wanted to make sure I selected 24 artists known to be from Miami who have successfully released music. I then went through their most popular records and tried to pick the most “Miami” sound/vibe I could find or remember.
- Trick Daddy – I’m A Thug
- Trina – Pull Over
- Pitbull – Culo
- Gloria Estefan – Turn The Beat Around (Remix) (Ok, this one was tough for me because its fuckin Gloria Estefan. All she did was make Miami Hits, but the video certified this choice.)
- Flo Rida – Low
- Enrique Iglesias – Bailando
- DJ Uncle Al – Bass is Gonna Blow Your Mind (RIP!! LEGENDARY)
- DJ Khaled – Im So Hood (This was definitely the most Miami song Khaled ever put out that was on the radio non-stop)
- Cool & Dre – Chevy Ridin’ High
- Stevie B – Spring Love (Bruhhh! Vibes all day! They don’t make music like this at all anymore. GOALS)
- Dashius Clay – She So Miami (I heard this guy is AMAZING!)
- Jon Secada – Just Another Day
- Mayday – Shortcuts and Dead Ends (Mayday is one of the hardest working bands and one of the only bands to have commercial success. Not to mention doing an entire Lil Wayne album. Which gets bonus points since we adopted Wayne into our city. Young Mulaa Baby!)
- Jacki-O – Nookie (This the shit that your momma use to play to get ready for the club lol)
- BallGreezy – Feel My Pain
- Pretty Ricky – Grind On Me
- Zoey Dollaz – Run Thru The Money
- DJ Laz – Mami El Negro (Bruhh!! I was gonna put el Tiburon but this song is Miami as fuck)
- JT Money – Who Dat
- Rick Ross – Hustlin
- 2 Live Crew – Me So Horny
- Denzel Curry – ULT
- Desloc Picallo – Stick and Roll
- Sean Kingston – Beautiful Girls
