On Thursday’s (March 12) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks kick off the show discussing the latest news surrounding the coronavirus epidemic that has forced the NBA and other sports leagues to cancel their respective seasons for the time being. Later in the show, the crew pays homage to a few trailblazing ladies in hip-hop—Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliot and MC Lyte—for their accomplishments and inspiring careers. The EDS trio then shifts their focus to a recent Migos interview where Offset said that he believes music groups break up our to power, fame and not being strong-minded. To close out today’s episode, the trio gives their thoughts on the ongoing drama between DaBaby and the alleged fan he slapped and give their take on the upcoming Jay Electronica album that is reportedly close to dropping.
