After faking fans out by releasing “@ MEH” earlier this year before all but disappearing, Playboi Carti is getting ready to drop new material before 2020 is over. He revealed as much in a new interview with GQ, calling his upcoming music “alternative” and “psyched out.” Although he didn’t commit to dropping the entirety of his long-awaited album, ‘Whole Lotta Red,’ before the year is out, he told GQ that new music is on the way before the end of December.
