Inspired by the recent Verzuz TV series from Timbaland and Swizz Beatz, Genius News wanted to imagine some of our own matchups. First up, two of hip-hop’s most talked about rappers right now: Atlanta’s Playboi Carti and Philly’s Lil Uzi Vert.

The pair have had their fair share of ups and downs in their relationship, and have gone on record saying they have tons of songs in the vault together. In light of the release of Carti’s newest single, “@MEH,” and Uzi’s “Sasuke,” Genius looked at site data and some fan favorites to determine our own “battle” between the two.
