A.J. then explained that he wanted to hit Ice Cube after he told him that he should’ve had A.J. in more scenes, and A.J. recalled the movie being a huge hit with the audience at the premiere. From there, he detailed his handshake agreement with Ice Cube to appear in Next Friday. However, A.J. learned from a friend that the movie was filming in L.A. and he hadn’t received a call from Ice Cube.
